Useful for what it is

This app will help save you time getting uncommon characters into your work.

Instead of clicking through to Apples Character Viewer and inserting from there, you click on the icon in the menu bar once, then the character you want once. This copies the character to your clipboard. You then just paste it wherever your cursor was.

It effectively saves several steps when inserting an uncommon character. It can also copy the html entity to the clipboard, though I do not use that feature.

For its limited feature palette, its a perfectly good and useful tool. Adding a few more Latin characters (ō and ū) would make it perfect. Much cheaper than PopChar too.
